We are a small family run business for gardeners, by gardeners located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of rural central Virginia. Charles has served as an organic gardening apprentice at what was once the Mother Earth News Eco Village, worked at George Washington's Mt. Vernon Estate, has assisted in agricultural research at N.C. State University crop sciences department, owned a successful garden care and landscaping company, managed large estates, enjoys designing unique landscapes and hardscapes for the discerning homeowner, and provides Way Cool Tools to the coolest gardeners in the world- our customers!

Now a mother to three awesome children, previously Janet had worked in garden centers and nurseries, volunteered in public gardens, and worked as a professional gardener and consultant. She really likes neat plants and way cool tools.

We continue to field test the tools we sell ourselves and with the help of the many wonderful gardening friends we've been so blessed to meet along the way.
