We are a small family run business for gardeners, by gardeners in the Blue Ridge Mountains of rural central Virginia. Charles has served as an organic gardening apprentice, worked at George Washington's Mt Vernon, has assisted in agricultural research, owned a successful garden care and landscaping company, managed large estates, enjoys designing unique landscapes and hardscapes for the discerning homeowner, and provides Way Cool Tools to the coolest gardeners in the world- our customers!

Before being a mom full time, Janet had worked in garden centers and nurseries, volunteered in public gardens, and as a professional gardener and consultant. She really likes neat plants and way cool tools. We continue to field test tools ourselves and with the help of the many wonderful gardener friends we meet along the way.
