Our family lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with 3 wonderful children, an assortment of chickens, ducks, rabbits and other creatures and a large variety of plants too!
We met in a horticulture class at the local community college back in 2000, both of us had relocated from the Big City to find a simpler life in the country.
Charles’ background is in garden design, installation and maintenance. He owned a landscape company and cared for some large estates here in central Virginia.
Janet has worked for local nurseries and volunteered with various public gardens.
We both love to find better, easier, more efficient ways to work in the garden so it is more enjoyable and relaxing.
We enjoy meeting all kinds of gardeners, sharing garden know how and growing lots of plants!
We started Way Cool Tools in 2007 to help other people find gardening and landscaping tools to make their gardening experience more enjoyable.
